Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below are the cancellation terms for bookings made through novolifestyle.it.
Novo Living — Apartment
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in are free of charge. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
No-Show / Last Minute
Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in, or no-shows, will be charged the full booking amount.
Novo Yachting — Yacht Tour
Free Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the agreed start of the tour.
Late Cancellation / No-Show
In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full booking price will be charged.
Written Notice
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. The relevant time is the moment the cancellation is received by us.
Weather & Safety
If the tour cannot take place due to unsuitable weather or water conditions, official orders, or safety reasons, we will offer an alternative date where possible. If rebooking is not possible, the amount already paid will be fully refunded.

Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will offer free rebooking or a full refund.
