Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below are the cancellation terms for bookings made through novolifestyle.it.
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in are free of charge. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
No-Show / Last Minute
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, or no-shows, will be charged the full booking amount.

Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will offer free rebooking or a full refund.
